The deckchairs were out, but unfortuantely the sun wasn't shining. The boys played seven games and were still asleep for the first game against Risca Blues. However, they improved as the day unfolded, beating Risca Yellows and Ynysddu, but narrowly losing against Caerphilly A. The lads put that loss behind them and came out with another couple of wins against Abercarn and Abertillery, but the final game against Caerphilly B, was one too many and unfortnately, the boys finished with a loss to come fourth overall. Nevertheless, it was a good experience for the boys and they all had smiles on thier faces at the end of the day...and a medal to take to school the next day.
