Our Under 7s welcomed Hafodyrynys and Newbridge to the Rec today and started off the day in great fashion with a well deserved victory against Hafodyrynys scring 9 tries to the away side's 6. Try scorers in this game were Olly Morris (3), Josh Bowen, Max Baldwin, Griff Tovey (3) and Josh Johnson.
In the second game of the day they came against a committed and enthusiastic Newbridge side who played extremely well. For the first time in a very long time the Dale had no answer to the away side's dynamic play going down 11 - 6. The squad will be looking to bounce back next week against another strong side, Senghenydd. Try scorers in the second game were Josh Bowen, Olly Morris (3), Griff Tovey and Max Baldwin
