It wasn't long before we were back at the try line, this time is was Oliver Cooke for the converted try. The Dale had not allowed New Tredegar out of the half, they kept the pressure on and this time Gabriel Jones successfully crossed the try line, conversion by Oliver Cooke. Logan Taylor took a great interception, he passed to William Davey who was tackled into touch just before the try line. Not long into the second half New Tredegar lost a player due to a groin injury so we were down to 11 a side. A knock on gave New Tredegar a scrum, the Dale won the scrum and saw the ball passed to Evan Evans to score the first of his two tries both of which were converted by Jenson Cook. Some substitutions were made and we saw William Davey pass three defenders to cross the try line, conversion by Oliver Cooke.
