Our recently refurbished function room is an ideal destination for your engagements, and we can host a wide variety of events to a high standard. We have seating for up to eighty people for a celebratory function. If a seated audience configuration is required, then we are able to host up to sixty people comfortably. The room was stripped bare less than 18 months ago and we have transformed the space into a modern, vibrant environment whilst ensuring that it can accommodate the most intimate of events, if needed.

We currently do not charge for the use of the room which is a rarity in the local area because we want the community to have a space they can use and for them to be proud of the quality of the facilities. There are function room application forms available at the Clubhouse bar which when completed are assessed by the General Committee who will then inform the applicant of their decision. Currently, we do not host parties for certain ages due to issues encountered in the past.

The function room comes complete with Men’s and Women’s toilets, again, decorated to a high standard and, if required, we can provide kitchen facilities, if on-site catering is required. We offer a full buffet service and can provide Teas & Coffees if required. Please speak to our Clubhouse Steward if this is something you require.

Our fully licenced bar stocks a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and if the bar is required to be open during your function we do request a small fee to cover the extra staffing required. Our function room has two seventy five inch television screens which are connected to the internet and can be used to display presentations and photo collages plus we have a speaker system if music is required which also provides a wireless microphone system.
